By accessing or using the Komnata Task platform at task.komnatadeveloper.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. USE OF SERVICE
You may use Komnata Task only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
3. ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Each organization is a separate tenant with isolated data.
4. PROHIBITED USE
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Upload malicious code or content
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Resell or sublicense the service
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Komnata Task platform, branding, and underlying code are owned by Komnata Task. Your data remains your property.
6. PAYMENT & BILLING
Payments are processed per the selected plan. Late or failed payments may result in account suspension (read-only mode). All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. DATA & PRIVACY
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Komnata Task you agree to our Privacy Policy.
8. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Suspended accounts enter read-only mode. Data is retained for 30 days after termination before permanent deletion.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Komnata Task shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. GOVERNING LAW
